DNI

-standard DNI stuff
-no one under 13 years old
-absolutely no hate of any kind, shape or form
-any kind of sexualization of characters and real people, whatsoever
-Proshippers also DNI.
For minors who are 13-17 (under 13 DNI), I really don't mind interacting, as long as everyone is comfortable. As an adult, I want to be responsible on a platform that I share with minors. On the occasion I make a mistake (or just because I can’t help how my stuff is interpreted) that makes you uncomfortable, please hold me accountable, block me, whatever you need to do to be safe. I WILL ALWAYS DEFER TO YOU, first. Also for others’ DNI related stuff, this is how I determine when to follow/interact or not:
-I will not follow/interact if you explicitly have a an age related DNF/DNI/DNFI and I’m outside your age range; I always check
-If we become moots, I’ll interact
-If you don’t have an age related DNF/DNI/DNFI, I’ll follow and interact.
-I prefer not to DM with a minor, and only interact on the public spaces, i.e. tweets.
For folks who have different ships or views on Stranger Things than I do, or really anything for that matter, I really don't mind interacting, in fact, I want to hear your different views and get to know the entire fandom. I don't mind any views, as long as no gross or weird stuff and bigotry is involved.

Tips for Personal Internet Safety

One of the things I feel like I can contribute to the Stranger Things fandom is my ability to be passionate about helping and caring for people, and through that I want to help promote a safe internet experience. My credentials for this section are, even though I majored in Physics, I currently work in IT and cybersecurity and have formal training inside and outside school (in addition to Physics).Below, is a link to my master Twitter thread on tips for personal internet safety, if you’re interested. It contains things that are easy for most people to implement.https://twitter.com/alex_stbyler/status/1575359443755155456?s=46&t=j4jhF8xRG1b5uUbrouiPAg

Stranger Things Interests

I ship Byler, Lumax, Rovickie, Jopper, Jancy, Elmax, Byclair. I used to ship Mileven as a couple, but now as just friends. I really am fine with anyone’s ships (even Milevens) as long as it isn’t anything gross or they hate and/or are toxic about it.This account is primarily a Stranger Things fan account, first. So, I’ll be posting a lot about that and Byler, probably mostly Byler, but I want to talk a lot about the other interesting things to be found in the show as well. I love all the science and DnD references, and the sci-fi, horror, mystery, fantasy elements. There’s also something about the writing or maybe the cinematography, or something else I can’t quite identify that makes it so great.About Byler: it is by far one of the most important aspects of this show to me. I’ve always been a big fan of the show, but with Will being canonically gay, and the strong possibility of Mike being queer and thus Byler possibly being real, it really has made the show one of my favorites, if not my favorite of all time. I really believe, if the Duffers pull off Byler, it would be one of the greatest queer love stories ever shown on screen.
